Recently India Ministry of Fertilier will submit the suggestion to Ministry of Agriculture about the forbidden use of imidacloprid, due to its high toxicity to honeybee. Some council of ministers also agree to ban imidacloprid.

Imidacloprid is a kind of systemic insecticide with translaminar activity and with contact and stomach action. It can readily be taken up by the plant and further distributed acropetally, with good root-systemic action.
